In the border dist of Bihar people are buying petrol from Neelgunj in Nepal at 26 repees less than Bihar Rate and Diesel at 29 Rupees less than rate of India Due to

the demand for petrol and diesel at Neelgunj the Nepal Government had fix 100 liters per car Due non buying petrol and Diesel from Bihar pump the pump owners are facing losses
