Try to prepare Almond Kulfi

Hyderabad, March 18,2015 :  It is a famous Indian ice cream that is delicious and makes a great dessert for parties.


Almonds (peeled and grind ed):- 1 Cup
Condensed milk: - 1-1/2 Cup
Whipped cream: - 1 Cup
Powdered cardamom: - ¼ tsp
Pistachios (chopped):- ½ Cup
Saffron: - Pinch

Preparation: In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except saffron and pistachios. Beat the mixture well for five minutes to make it tender. In a conical mould, pour this mixture and then sprinkle some saffron strands and chopped pistachios on top. Place it in a fridge for at least 10 hours. Serve chilled.
