"It will not be good if I do not explain it today,The Speaker wondered why the Congress leader had remained silent for 24 hours and asked him to raise the issue during Zero Hour. But Kharge claimed that whenever he raised an issue, it was removed from the proceeding records, "like it happened in the case of VK Singh." Singh has been under fire for his 'dog' analogy.Prime Minister Narendra Modi was present in the House. When Kharge claimed that the country has "two laws" — one for the Opposition and another for the ruling dispensation, Parliamentary Affairs Minister M Venkaiah Naidu said the Congress member cannot raise the issue during Question Hour, as it is against the rules.Soon, Congress members rushed to the Well raising slogans like 'jurm ki rajneeti nahin chalegi' (We will not allow politics of repression). Members of the Trinamool Congress were also on their feet but did not join the Congress members in raising slogans or storming the Well.Interesingly, when Naidu was replying to supplementaries on the issue of Swachh Bharat Mission, the pitch of slogans by Congress members grew louder. At one point, when some Congress members were standing in front of the prime minister while facing the Chair, Union Minister Rajiv Pratap Rudy asked them to shift from there, to which they agreed.
