Today is World Radio Day. The day celebrates the Radio as a medium to improve international cooperation between broadcasters. This Year theme is 'Radio in Times of Emergency and Disaster.

In his message today, Mr Modi said, Radio is a beautiful means of communication that has touched several lives through the years. He said, his Man ki Baat experience on All India Radio has been special. The Prime Minister said, it has deepened his bond with people.
