Kulbhushan sentenced to death on basis of extracted confession

India on Wednesday said its national Kulbhushan Jadhav has been sentenced to death by Pakistan on the basis of an extracted confession by authorities there.

Former Solicitor General of India, Harish Salve said this while presenting India's case before the

International Court of Justice (ICJ) during the second round of hearing at Hague, the Netherlands.

Mr Salve said, Pakistan's three attempts to derail proceedings in the ICJ have failed.
