Jaishankar Meets Iranian President Raisi, Conveys Modi's Greetings

External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar yesterday called on the President of Iran, Dr Ebrahim Raisi in Tehran. In a social media post, Dr. Jaishankar said, he has conveyed the greetings of Prime Minister Narendra Modi to the Iran President.

He added that he has

expressed his condolences over the Kerman attack and informed him of his productive discussions with the Iranian Ministers. The External Affairs Minister further said that he values Dr. Raisi’s guidance for greater development of their ties.
