Hyderabad: Income-Tax officials on Thursday raided the makers of Ram Charan’s film Bruce Lee, which is releasing on Friday.

Sources said that offices of the film’s producer D.V.V. Danayya, director Srinu Vaitla, music director S.S. Thaman and a few others associated with the film were raided. Even producer Dil Raju, who has brought the Nizam rights of the film, was targeted.

Bruce Lee’s pre-release business was

reportedly good. The film was made with a budget of nearly Rs 60 crore.

I-T officials raiding filmmakers and stars ahead of the release of their films has become common. Recently in Tamil Nadu, I-T officials targeted the Puli team, including actor Vijay and the film’s producer, a day before its release.

They had raided the offices and residences of actors Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Nayanthara.
