Bail granted to Mahendra YadavAAP MLA in rioting, assault case

It is alleged that Mr Yadav had led a violent protest on the evening of January 28 in Nihal Vihar area in west Delhi following a sexual assault on a three-year-old girl.A mob had attacked public vehicles and tried to set one of them on fire. A Delhi Court today granted bail to AAP MLA Mahendra Yadav, who was arrested for allegedly rioting and assaulting a public servant during a protest in Delhi seeking action against an alleged sexual offender.
