Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Thursday extended greetings to the people on the harvest festivals Makar Sankranti and Pongal.While some places observed Makar Sankranti on Wednesday, many in Uttar Pradesh are celebrating it on Thursday.
