World Toilet Day today

“Every year November 19 is observed as World Toilet Day as designated by United Nations to raise awareness among the people, who don’t have access to a toilet, despite the fact that it is a human right to have clean water and sanitation.

Modi has ignited the candle of cleanliness among Indians to make India clean. “We should join hands with the Prime Minister to make India clean and free from open defecation. Be civilized, be cultured, be clean, make India clean and standout in the community of nations,” said Dr Bindeshwar Pathak, Founder, Sulabh Sanitation & Social Reform Movement.
