The Karnataka High Court has adjourned till the 11th of next month, the hearing of winding up petition against United Breweries Holdings Limited (UBHL), the company controlled by Vijay Mallya. The petition seeks unpaid dues of 146 crore rupees from the defunct Kingfisher Airlines promoted by



UBHL.
The creditors, including BNP Paribas and State Bank of India, are seeking winding up of UBHL to get back their dues. Other petitioners including aircraft lessors and aircraft engine makers such as Rolls Royce and IAE, had filed the petition in 2012, which was admitted in November 2013.
