Under Vande Bharat Mission, four special flights from United Arab Emirates and three flights from Oman have been scheduled to bring back more than a thousand Indians back to India today. From Abu Dhabi, there is a flight to Kannur. Dubai has three flights, one to Kozhikode, one to Bengaluru and remaining one to Thiruvananthapuram. 

From Muscat, three flights will bring stranded Indians back to Kochi, Thiruvanathapuram and Bodhgaya. Muscat-Bodhgaya is



the first flight from the Gulf to Bihar. It is expected to bring back around 150 passengers.
 
Priority on all the flights is being given to distressed blue collared workers, medical emergency cases, pregnant women, stranded tourists and elderly people. Only asymptomatic passengers are being allowed to board the flight. Nearly 1,200 people from the Gulf countries were brought back to India yesterday.
