Uttarakhand CM directs officials to be fully prepared for every situation

In view of recent situation, Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami held a high-level meeting in Dehradun yesterday and directed the concerned officials to be fully prepared for every situation. In the meeting, he urged the concerned officials to exercise special vigilance in the border areas as well as keep the administrative units deployed there on alert. 

Mr. Dhami directed to ensure the availability of



adequate life-saving medicines, surgical equipment and other necessary medical resources in all the hospitals of the state. He also asked the Food and Civil Supplies Department to ensure the supply of essential food items, ration and drinking water in the state. He directed the Information Department to play an active role in preventing the spread of rumors and providing timely information to the public.
