Union Home Minister Amit Shah to review border security with Directors General of BSF, SSB & ITBP at Kishanganj in Bihar today

Kishangunj: Union Home Minister Amit Shah will hold a review meeting of border security with the Directors General of BSF, SSB, and ITBP at the BSF camp in Kishanganj today, September 24 in Bihar. Senior officers of border areas will also participate in this meeting.

Earlier, Mr. Shah will inaugurate the building of four Border Observation Posts (BOPs) at Fatehpur, Pektola, Beria Aamgachi, and Raniganj at the SSB camp in Kishanganj.

 

Before departing to Delhi, Amit Shah will participate in the



'Sundar Subhumi' programme which has been organised on the occasion of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsava at Mata Gujari College in Kishanganj. Mr. Shah will also offer prayer at Burhi Kali Mandir.

Yesterday, September 23, Mr. Shah held a meeting with MPs, MLAs, and office bearers of the party to review prevailing political situation in Bihar. Later, Mr. Shah also held a review meeting with the Bihar BJP core committee to chalk out political strategy in the state.
