Unidentified terrorist killed in Kulgam district, J&K

In Jammu & Kashmir, an unidentified terrorist was killed in a pre-dawn gunfight between terrorists and security forces in Tazipora Mohammad Pora area of South Kashmir's Kulgam district.

Security sources said that a joint team of Army, CRPF and J & K Police launched cordon and search operation in



Tazipora Mohammad Pora following specific inputs about the presence of some terrorists.

As the forces zeroed in on the suspected spot the hiding terrorists fired upon them triggering an encounter. The counter-terrorist operation is on in the area.
