Two Telugu youth died in US

Two persons of Telugu origin working in the US died in separate incidents while holidaying on Sunday. According to sources, Namburi Sridatta (25), resident of Kamal Nagar Colony in Vanasthalipuram went to the US five years ago and after education at Arizona University, got a job at TCS. He was a resident of Horizon City.
On Sunday, Sridatta, along with his friends, went on tour to nearby waterfalls. Local police, quoting his friends, informed that Sridatta suddenly slipped and fell in to a deep ravine, resulting in his death. Sridatta’s body was recovered on Monday morning and his family members are expecting the body to reach home by Friday.
“He was to come home next month but yesterday we got this shocking news,” said Sridatta's father NVM Swamy, a private employee. The family has appealed to the Indian government to ensure that the body is brought home early. Sridatta’s father is a



private employee in Hyderabad and his mother works in the Forest department. The deceased was the eldest of Swami’s sons, sources said. 
In another incident, P Naresh (24) of Bandipalem village in Jaggayyapet of Krishna district who was pursuing MS in California died in a freak accident. On Sunday, Naresh, along with his friends went for rafting at Livermore River where he drowned after getting caught in strong currents. Local authorities retrieved his body on Monday night. The body is expected to reach Krishna district by Saturday, sources said.
Naresh’s death shattered dreams of the poor family in Bandipalem village. His father Purnaiah, a small farmer, said naresh had telephoned him recently to inform that he would be doing a part time job and send money home from next month. Naresh’s family has urged the Indian government to make arrangements for bringing the body back home.
