Two Siblings Electrocuted In Ramanathapuram, Tamil Nadu

In a tragic incident, two siblings, Niraimathi (10) and Bala Pravin (6), children of Mohan and Latha of Achankulam village near Abiramam in Ramanathapuram district, were electrocuted on Wednesday while playing near the water purification plant in the village.
Bala Pravin died as soon as he touched
an iron rod that was attached to the purification plant, which was not functional, while his sister was electrocuted when she tried to pull him away.

They were immediately rushed to Kamuthi Government Hospital, where doctors declared them brought dead. The Abhiram police are investigating.
