New Delhi: Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change said that two more Indian Beaches have entered the coveted list of Blue Beaches. After this, India now has 12 Blue Flag beaches, an eco-label given to the cleanest beaches in the world.

Announcing the proud moment in a tweet yesterday, Minister for Environment, Forest and Climate



Change Bhupender Yadav expressed happiness and congratulated countrymen.

He stated that it is a part of the country's relentless journey towards building a sustainable environment led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He said that Blue Beaches give a sense of pride to the community and attract tourism.
