Thunderstorm likely in Hyderabad for next three days

The city which has been witnessing dry weather with temperatures dropping below normal in the last three days, is likely to receive rainfall in the next five days.

The forecast with Telangana State Development Planning Society shows that light to moderate rain/ thundershowers are expected during the afternoon / evening hours at isolated places in Greater Hyderabad region for next three days.

Centre indicated that thunderstorm accompanied with lightning were very likely to occur at isolated places over Telangana. The warning also said that heavy rain is likely to occur at isolated places in the State on June 11 and 12.

Given the cloudy weather conditions for most of the day, day temperature in the city on Sunday stood at 37.3 degree Celsius while minimum temperature recorded on Saturday night was 27.2 degree Celsius, which is two degree Celsius above normal.
