Telangana minister KT Rama Rao urges Telangana DGP to look into actress Meera Chopra complaint

A few days ago, actress Meera Chopra was at the receiving end of online abuse when fans of Tollywood superstar Jr NTR issued rape and death threats. His fans were agitated as she said she doesn't know who Jr NTR was during a question and answer session on Twitter.

To teach a lesson to the trolls, Meera filed a complaint against the users who posted



abusive tweets. KTR aka KT Rama Rao, Minister for Municipal Administration & Urban Development, Industry & Commerce, Information Technology, took to Twitter to assure that stern action will be taken as per law.

KTR's tweet read, "Ma’m, I have requested TelanganaDGP and @CPHydCity to take stern action as per law based on your complaint (sic)."
