The Supreme Court is now pronouncing historic verdict on Ayodhya land dispute case. Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi said, the Ayodhya judgement is unanimous. He observed that the disputed land belonged to the Government in the revenue records. He said, the court set up under Constitutional scheme should defer from interfering with faith and belief of worship.

The Apex



court dismissed the claim filed by Shia Wakf Board challenging the order of Faizabad Court in 1946. The Court said, the claim of Nirmohi Akhara is only of management. It observed that arguments were made on archaeology report and ASI’s credentials are beyond doubt and its findings cannot be neglected. The Court is still pronouncing the judgement.
