DMK president M K Stalin has constituted a 10-member 'party reorganisation advisory panel' to study feedback received from cadres and others after the election results and to recommend changes in the party structure right from branches to the apex level in order to rebound and win polls.
Stalin, recalling the setting up of a 38-member committee following the Assembly poll debacle, to assess the ground situation by interacting with party workers, said
he was perusing the reports submitted to him.
Also, the opinion was solicited online, and it fetched approximately "six lakh opinions". Those inputs were processed by AI, and a report has been prepared, and he was also looking into it.
In a party statement on Tuesday, the former chief minister said that the collective opinion received advocated the reorganisation of the party in sync with the present times.
