The Srisailam Devasthanam has decided to extend the timings for Sparsha Darshan of Sri Mallikarjuna Swamy at the Srisailam temple.

Temple Executive Officer Srinivasa Rao announced the decision on Thursday, stating that it was taken in response to repeated requests from devotees.

The extended Sparsha Darshan timings will be implemented on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays, when

footfall is comparatively high. From January onwards, devotees will be allowed Sparsha Darshan through six separate slots on weekends.

As per the revised schedule, the VIP break on weekend mornings will be from 6 am to 7 am, followed by Sparsha Darshan in multiple slots up to 11.30 am. In the evening, the VIP break will be observed from 7.45 pm to 8 pm, while Sparsha Darshan will be available from 9 pm to 11 pm.
