Socialite Parmeshwar Godrej passes away

Socialite and wife of Adi Godrej, chairman of the Godrej Group, Parmeshwar Godrej, passed away on Monday night at Breach Candy hospital.

Parmeshwar was reportedly suffering from a degenerative ailment in the lungs.A high-profile socialite,



Parmeshwar, was an air hostess with Air India, before she married to Adi Godrej.

She was also known for her social work. Parmeshwar had launched Heroes Project, an initiative to combat AIDS in 2004. with Hollywood actor Richard Gere.
