Shaheen Bagh breeding ground for suicide bombers: Giriraj Singh

Continuing with its attack on Shaheen Bagh protests, BJP's Giriraj Singh on Thursday said that the protest site was not a movement anymore, but "it has become a breeding ground for suicide bombers."

He alleged that a conspiracy was being hatched against the country in the national capital.

"This Shaheen Bagh is not a movement anymore. It has become a breeding ground for suicide bombers. A conspiracy is being hatched against the country in the national capital," Singh



tweeted.

The union minister made this statement on Twitter. He posted an unverified video on his handle where a group of Burqa-clad women can be heard protesting against the citizenship law. A woman on the loudspeaker can also be heard making a fiery speech. 

The date, location and the authenticity of the video is yet to be ascertained.

The Union Minister told news agency: "A child died due to cold in Shaheen Bagh but his mother says the child was martyred. Isn't this a suicide bomb?"
