To ease the expected surge of festival travellers, South Central Railway will run 8 special trains between Charlapalli and Srikakulam Road.
The announcement came on Saturday afternoon from CPRO A. Sridhar.
The services will run twice a week, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from October 6 to November 25. As per the SCR schedule: Train 07037 (Charlapalli ? Srikakulam Road): October 6, 13, 20, 27 and November 3, 10, 17, 24. It arrives the following day.

07038 (Srikakulam Road ? Charlapalli): October 7, 14, 21, 28 and November 4, 11, 18, 25. It also arrives the following day. Route: The trains will stop at Nalgonda, Miryalaguda, Guntur Junction, Vijayawada, Eluru, Tadepalligudem, Rajahmundry, Samalkot, Duvvada, Simhachalam, Kothavalasa, Vizianagaram and Cheepurupalli.
Coaches: AC 2-Tier, AC 3-Tier, Sleeper and General Second Class. Railway officials have yet to announce exact departure and arrival times, so passengers should check for updates before booking.
