The Supreme Court on Thursday expressed its concern and displeasure over the Babri demolition case delaying for 25 years, saying all of this leads to "evasion of justice".
The apex court indicated that it is likely to order a joint trial of all the accused, including LK Advani, Murli Manohar Joshi and others at a Lucknow court, as wanted by the CBI.

The CBI, according

to media reports told the top court that Advani and others hadn't faced conspiracy charges based on technical reasons.
The court may also order a daily hearing of the matter.
The counsel who appeared for senior BJP leaders Advani and MM Joshi opposed a joint trial of the Babri demolition case in Lucknow, saying the SC can't transfer their trial from Rae Bareli to Lucknow.
