Reliance Jio experiences nationwide outage, service now restored

Customers of Reliance Jio experienced a major connectivity outage across the country on Monday. Several users reported being unable to access the internet or make phone calls.

Downdetector, a platform that tracks outages of websites and



mobile networks, reported a sharp spike in issues related to Reliance Jio’s services. The downtime peaked at 2:21 PM, with over 12,000 users reporting disruptions in both calling and internet services.

As of now, the service has been restored.
