Warangal: The bail petitions filed by former Congress MP S Rajaiah, his wife Madhavi and their son Anil Kumar were rejected by the second additional district court here on Thursday. The trio was accused in the mysterious death of Rajaih’s daughter-in-law Sarika at their residence in Hanamkonda on November 4.
They were now under judicial remand at Warangal central prison along with Anil’s second wife Sana. Anil Kumar applied for



bail for the first time while Rajaiah and Madhavi filed the petition for the second time. The second additional district judge who heard the petitions on the day has rejected them.
 It might be recalled that the couple’s bail petition filed on November 18 was also rejected. Sarika and her three sons - — Abhinav (9), Ayan (5), and Sriyan (3) - were burnt alive in their bedroom due to LPG gas leak in the bedroom.
