New Delhi: The Lok Sabha has registered 34 percent productivity while the Rajya Sabha productivity was over 24 percent during the Budget Session of Parliament. Briefing media over the conclusion of the session in New Delhi, Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs, Arjun Ram Meghwal informed that the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha passed and returned six bills each during the session. 

They include the Finance Bill 2023, the Appropriation



Bills 2023, the Jammu and Kashmir Appropriation Bills 2023 and the Competition ( Amendment) Bill, 2023. The Minister alleged that due to disruption by the opposition parties, the Parliament could not function properly during the session. 
 
The Budget Session of Parliament had convened on 31st January and it went for recess on 13th February of this year and reassembled on 13th of last month.
