Priyanka Gandhi's son Raihan Vadra to get engaged to girlfriend Aviva Baig: Sources

Amid political buzz in the capital, preparations are quietly underway for a private family celebration, with Raihan Vadra, son of Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra and businessman Robert Vadra, set to get engaged to his longtime girlfriend Aviva Baig, sources close to the family said.

The engagement is expected to be a low-key, two to three-day affair in Rajasthan, a state long associated with the Gandhi family. The ceremony is likely to be



held in early January 2026, with dates being finalised to suit family schedules.

Meanwhile, Congress leader and Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, Robert Vadra and other family members have arrived in Sawai Madhopur from Delhi by road. The family is staying at Hotel Sher Bagh near Ranthambore National Park, where celebrations linked to Rehan Vadra’s engagement to Aviva Baig are scheduled, along with New Year festivities.
