Delhi Police has said that persons employed in private organisations engaged in essential services in the national capital will have to seek curfew passes from their DCP offices. Besides private organisations located in neighbouring districts such as Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad, Sonipat, Bahadurgarh and their employees commuting from Delhi will have to collect curfew passes from designated DCP offices in Delhi. 

However, the Government Officials engaged in



essential services will be permitted on the basis of identity cards. Strict checking will be done at the border pickets and internal pickets within the city in every police station area to ensure no gathering or movement takes place in contravention of prohibitory orders under section 144 CrPC. Strict action will be taken on violation. Media personnel do not require a curfew pass, they will need to carry their identity cards.
