President Murmu Highlights Women's Role in Viksit Bharat 2047

President Droupadi Murmu has emphasized that active participation of women is necessary to achieve the vision of Viksit Bharat by 2047.

She said, a society led by women leaders would be more humane and effective. The President inaugurated the centenary celebrations of Saint Theresa’s College, Ernakulam, Kerala



today.

While addressing the gathering, the President underlined that the active participation of women is necessary for the country to leverage its demographic dividend. 

The President remembered the contribution of women of Kerala who had set their examples of excellence in nation building and socio economic reforms.
