President Droupadi Murmu to take part in several functions in Lucknow, Varanasi today

Lucknow: President Droupadi Murmu will take part in several functions in Lucknow and Varanasi today. The President is on a two-day visit of Uttar Pradesh. She will interact with members of Buxa tribe and distribute among them the authority letters provided by the State Government.

The President will also grace the 10th convocation of Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Lucknow. Before



returning to Delhi, she will also visit Kashi Vishwanath Temple and attend Ganga Aarti at Varanasi. Last evening, she attended a civic reception which was hosted in her honour by the Government of Uttar Pradesh at Lok Bhavan. 

Earlier in the day, she attended the valedictory function of the Global Investors Summit in Lucknow.
