PM Modi Urges Citizens to Support Make in India

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday emphasized the importance of promoting indigenous products, urging every Indian to adopt the mantra of "Vocal for Local" and prioritize swadeshi goods in daily life. 

Addressing a gathering in his parliamentary constituency of Varanasi, the Prime Minister said that anything created by the hands, skills,



and sweat of Indians is truly swadeshi and deserves support.

“Let us resolve to give preference only to Make in India products. Whatever new items come into our homes and I’m specifically talking about new items, they must be swadeshi,” PM Modi said, underlining a renewed push for economic self-reliance and national pride in domestic craftsmanship.
