PM Modi to Inaugurate Fifth Edition of SEMICON India 2026 on Sept 17

The fifth edition of SEMICON India 2026, India’s premier semiconductor and electronics conference and exhibition, will be held from September 17 to 19, 2026 at Yashobhoomi (India International Convention & Expo Centre), New Delhi.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the event on September 17, marking the beginning of three days of high-level deliberations, industry engagement and showcasing of India’s rapidly expanding semiconductor and electronics ecosystem.

the India Semiconductor Mission (ISM), Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, and SEMI, the global industry association representing the semiconductor and electronics design and manufacturing ecosystem, SEMICON India 2026 will bring together global semiconductor and electronics companies, industry leaders, policymakers, investors, researchers, academia, start-ups and students on a common platform to exchange ideas, forge partnerships and shape the future of India’s semiconductor and electronics ecosystem.
