Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be on a two-day visit to Gujarat from today. He will address a public meeting organised by the state BJP in Ahmedabad this evening to commend the union government on passing the historic women's reservation bill. A large number of leaders of BJP Women Cell from all sectors will participate in the event.

During his visit, the PM is scheduled to attend the programme marking the celebration of 20 years of the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit at Science City tomorrow. Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit is completing the journey of two decades on coming 28th of this month. To commemorate the glorious 20 years of the summit, a special programme has been organized at Science City in Ahmedabad in the presence of PM Narendra Modi tomorrow. 

The event will be attended by industry associations,

prominent personalities from the sectors of trade & commerce, young entrepreneurs, and students. Later in the day, At Bodeli, in Chhotaudepur, PM will dedicate to the nation and lay the foundation stone of projects worth more than Rs 5200 crores which include infrastructure projects worth over 4500 crore under the programme ‘Mission Schools of Excellence’. 

Prime Minister will also lay the foundation stone of the ‘Vidya Samiksha Kendra 2.0’ project which will lead to the establishment of Vidya Samiksha Kendras in all districts and blocks of the state. During the programme, the Prime Minister will also dedicate to the nation multiple development projects including a water supply project in Dahod and a Village Wi-Fi project across 7500 villages across Gujarat.
