Prime Minister's greeting came after the Congress has been leading an attack on the government over the issue of demonetisation.

Congress Vice-President and Mrs Gandhi's son Rahul Gandhi on Thursday dubbed Paytm as "Pay To Modi" and termed the November 8 move as a "foolish decision".
