Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday said the people who have India's blood in their veins should not have any doubt on Indian Air Force's strikes on Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) camp in Pakistan's Balakot.

"Jiski ragon mein Hindustan ka khoon hai, usko shaq hona chahiye kya?... Jo Bharat Maa ki jai bolta hai, usko shaq hona chahiye kya? Ye shaq karne wale log kaun hain? Aise logon ki baaton pe bharosa karoge kya? (Should those who have India's blood in their veins have any doubt? Should those who say 'Bharat Mata Ki Jai' have any doubt? Who are these people who have doubts? Will you believe the words of these people?)" the Prime Minister asked.

Attacking the opposition Congress, Modi said, "Links of attacks and blasts earlier also were connected to Pakistan, but what did the earlier Govt do? They just changed the Home Minister. Now you tell me, in such situations should the home minister be changed or the policy?"

On Friday, Modi had accused the Opposition of "appeasing" Pakistan by seeking proof of the Balakot air strike, saying the "trust" of the country's people in him was the evidence.

"Will you (people) do

anything that appeases Pakistan or makes Pakistan clap? But some of our Opposition leaders have been doing the same for the past 10 days. Identify these people, they are not worried about the country, but scared of going behind the bars and that is why they want to capture power at the Centre," Modi said at a public meeting here.

Pointing about a tweet by a Pakistan Army spokesperson about the air strike, Modi said: "Is Pakistan 'moorkh' (stupid) that it would say that we have been struck? But this is our people asking for proof. Opposition parties can hear it loud and clear... the trust of 130-crore people is my proof. Please stop games that appease Pakistan."

The Opposition has been demanding that the Centre come out with the details, including the number of terrorists killed, of the air strike by the Indian Air Force in Pakistan's Balakot last week.

Forty Central Reserve Police Force personnel were killed when a Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) suicide bomber rammed an explosive-laden vehicle into a bus in Jammu and Kashmir's Pulwama district.

Twelve days later, the IAF bombed a JeM training camp in a preemptive strike in Balakot.
