Photography Banned at Namakkal Anjaneyar Temple, TN

The Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments (HR&CE) department, acting on complaints on increased use of videos and reels from temples, has already



announced a complete ban on carrying mobile phones into major temples in Tamil Nadu from September 1. 

Lockers are being installed at the entrances of temples to safely store mobile phones, for which a fee of RS 5 per mobile phone will be collected, and receipts issued.
