Tensions escalated as passengers argued with the crew, especially after unusual engine noises were also noticed when the bus was started. Following complaints lodged at the local police station, authorities intervened and found that the bus had been involved in an accident just two days earlier. 

Police subsequently seized the vehicle and initiated further action, averting a potential safety hazard.
