Pak Army initiates unprovoked and indiscriminate firing along LoC in Poonch district

In yet another incident of ceasefire violation, Pak Army initiated unprovoked and indiscriminate firing along the LoC in Poonch district yesterday. 

PRO defence, Colonel Davinder Anand has said that the Pak army initiated unprovoked and indiscriminate firing and heavy mortar shelling along the LoC in Kirni and Qasba sectors of Poonch district at



about 1915 hours yesterday.

 The vigilant Indian Army troops guarding the fence are retaliating befittingly with equal caliber. The exchange of fire continued till last reports came in. 

The PRO added that there are no reports of loss of life or damage to  property from our side.
