Nilgiris Artistes Sing In Praise Of Western Music

Ivan Enos, who is from a family of music educators and performers rooted in the Nilgiris, is now an ISoM-London licentiate in music education. 

He is an experienced multi-instrumentalist, vocalist, band leader of ‘The Minks’, and orchestral double-bass player who has collaborated with notable groups and for renowned artistes. 

He has performed with



quite a few music troupes in India. He is also the conductor of the Nilgiri string ensemble, Nilgiri choral society and Orchestra 181.

With over 45 years dedicated to teaching and music education, he has taught music at various institutions such as Good Shepherd International School, Riverside Public School, and St. Joseph’s Convent, while also founding ‘Enos and Sons Music School’.
