Lucknow: In view of decline in COVID-19 cases in Uttar Pradesh, the night curfew has been relaxed in the State. With this, from now, the night curfew in the state will be in effect between 11 pm and 6 am. Though the number of active cases is very low in the state, however Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath asked people to strictly follow the covid guidelines as the virus is spreading in other states.

Only 22 new cases were reported in the state in last 24 hours while 20 patients



recovered from the infection. 28 districts in Uttar Pradesh do not have a single case of covid-19.

On the vaccination front, 45 per cent of the targeted group of the beneficiaries in the state has received at least one dose of covid vaccine. In last 24 hours, over 33 lakh vaccine doses were administered in Uttar Pradesh which is the highest in the country. More than 8 crore vaccines doses have been administered in the state till now.
