Next session of Tamil Nadu Assembly to resume from April 6

The next session of the Tamil Nadu state Legislative Assembly begins on the 6th of next month. Addressing reporters in Chennai, Speaker M.Appavu said, the demand for grants for various departments would be taken up for discussion and passing during the session.

He said the House Business Advisory Committee will meet on the



30th of this month to decide on the duration of the Session, adding, Question Hour will be there on all the days.

The last session of the Assembly was held for six days from the 18th of this month, with Finance Minister PTR Palanivel Thiagarajan presenting the state budget on the day.
