New Police Constables Urged to Prioritise Public Safety in Nellore

Emphasising discipline, integrity and commitment in policing, ministers Anam Ramanarayana Reddy and Gottipati Ravi Kumar on Saturday urged newly trained police constables to make public safety and service their foremost priorities. 

At the District Police Training Centre (DTC) at Chemudugunta in Nellore, 176 newly trained constables took part in the passing-out parade. Addressing the trainees, minister Ramanarayana Reddy said police personnel played a crucial role in



protecting people and maintaining law and order. 

He urged them to maintain the physical fitness acquired during training throughout their careers and continuously update their knowledge of law, technology and cybercrime.

Minister Ramanarayana Reddy recalled his family's long association with the police department and appreciated the efforts of SP Dr Ajitha Vejendla and training centre staff. Medals and mementoes were presented to outstanding trainees.
