New Delhi: The nation pays homage to former President Dr A P J Abdul Kalam on his birth anniversary today. Dr Kalam is also known as the Missile Man of India. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has paid tribute to Dr Kalam on his birth anniversary.

Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu paid tributes to former President Dr A P J Abdul Kalam on his birth anniversary today. In a tweet, Mr Naidu said, popularly known as People's President, the eminent scientist will always be remembered for his invaluable



contribution to strengthening India’s defence and space capabilities. The Vice President said, his visionary leadership, exemplary life and tireless service for the development of the nation will continue to inspire every Indian.

In a tweet, Mr Modi said, Dr Kalam dedicated his life in making India strong, prosperous and capable. The Prime Minister said, Dr Kalam will always remain a source of inspiration for the countrymen.
