The Mumbai Police on Wednesday  issued an advisory that there might be aerial attacks through gliders, drones etc.
They also banned the use of anything that can take the aerial route between March 31 and April 29.
"Any person contravening this order will be punishable under Section 188 (disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant) of the Indian Penal Code,"

said the advisory.
Last October, too, Mumbai was declared a no-flying zone for paragliders, drones and micro-light planes to prevent any kind of threat from the skies. The city police had received intelligence inputs on that occasion about the prospects of terrorists or anti-social elements attacking the city using remote-controlled drones or paragliders or micro-light aircraft.
