Prime Minister Narendra Modi would be laying foundation stones for power and fertilizer plants during his maiden visit to Telangana on August 7. He would also dedicate to the nation, the 1,200 MW Singareni Thermal Power Plant (STPP) at Jaipur in Adilabad district. 
He would lay foundation stones for the revival of a fertilizer plant at Ramagundam and NTPC’s 1,600 MW thermal power plant in Karimnagar. According to an official release, the CM had extended an invitation to the PM during



his recent visit to New Delhi. As per the schedule, Modi is expected to reach Begumpet airport at 2.20 pm by a special plane and there reach Gajwel in Medak district by a chopper to address a public meeting. 
The PM would also launch the first phase of ‘Mission Bhagiratha’ in Gajwel. He is also expected to inaugurate Kaloji Narayana Rao Health University in Warangal and lay a foundation stone for the railway line between Manoharabad (Medak) and Kothapally (Adilabad).
