A massive fire blazed through a three-floor commercial building in a residential area in north Lucknow on a busy Monday afternoon, trapping several people, including students. 

Latest reports indicate 14 students have died. Several casualties are feared, a senior official said.

fire engulfed the structure that houses a pet clinic as well as a centre for students.

Meanwhile several fatalities were confirmed after a major fire broke out in Lucknow, with rescue teams recovering multiple bodies from the affected site, prompting Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath to express deep condolences to the bereaved families and direct officials to provide all possible assistance.
